The Rimini is one of our most contemporary vacation homes! This unit features a sleek modern kitchen with ample counter space and multiple seating areas...great for entertaining. The beautiful lighting, extensive tile work, and original artwork all add to this condo's sophisticated ambiance. In the bedrooms you will find one king bed and one full over full bunk bed with the most comfortable mattresses available.

With dining comes great conversation, new friendships and memories. We invite you to visit our back yard area for all of your culinary needs! We have a plentiful garden with fresh vegetables and herbs available for our vacationers. Along with the fresh produce, grills and seating areas are available for guest to sit back, relax, and enjoy good conversation.

We hope you enjoy Plaza 2700's ideal location, close to many fine restaurants, shopping and only a three minute walk from Virginia Beach's famous boardwalk and beach.

  First off the parking is a joke and if you need extra parking it’s 4 blocks away with no shuttle or anything. The unit was cleaned but half the lights didn’t work. The main globe in the living room area was broken. Ceiling fan in master bedroom wasn’t attached to ceiling could t use fan. The tub was broken in the bottom you could clearly see the shattered crack marks easily. The cook top only had two burners that worked. The floor in front of the washer and dryer was so soft I was afraid of falling threw and I’m not a supper big person. The windows didn’t work they were all broken. Our last night there we were not aloud to use water because plumbing issues in the lower units. Tell a family of 7 we can’t shower or potty because there working on the issues. The dudes unit downstairs left early and was so pissed cause they had to remove the toilet to run a snake down it to try and unclog the drain. We needed up leaving at like 2 am cause I was pissed and could t use water. All in all the place is not worth the money and we should be refunded. The description of the place is jazzed up to make it look better than it ever was. We will not be returning to this place or use Themis company in the future.

  The pictures of these apartments make them look new and outstanding but they are not. Everything is average so if you are wanting new and top of the line don’t stay at any of these. It is a straight quick walk to easy beach excess but you have to cross double lanes of traffic without a crosswalk or stoplight.

  My husband and I were very disappointed in the condition of Rimini . It was dirty! Floors and rugs dirty. Moldy coffee grounds left in maker. Ceiling light fixtures in LR and BR not functioning. We called property manager about light fixtures and coffee maker upon check in. Next day we spoke to owner and property manager, asking that rugs be vacuumed and floor swept. Sad, as we'd had a great experience the prior year in Padova. We will not return.

  This was our third straight year vacationing at the Rimini. We enjoyed the first two, but we will not be back for a fourth stay. The unit comes with 3 nice flatscreen TV's, and we had no TV service all week. We asked for something to compensate us for that, and were told the owner would be contacted about it. But we left 3 days ago and we have heard nothing. I'm disappointed and it appears whoever took the unit for this week will have the same problem. I would have been fine with a small discount, but having no offer at all has led me to look elsewhere next year.

  Very friendly staff, location is perfect, the only problem we had was we called to report we had light fixtures out and staff said they would send someone over and nobody ever came - we got by without those few lights, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I would stay again and I would recommend this property to others as well.

  Exterior is amazing, location amazing, will be using for a large family gathering because set up is perfect. Everything was very clean looking, sheets towels etc all immaculately white but the rug was very dirty looking and there was a strange (not bad) smell upon entering. Overall a great place. Bruce was very accommodating and Brad was available whenever I called.

  Property was clean when arrived and had nice furnishings. Problems: Missing door at bottom of steps and light on all night. Bugs tried to fly in every time you opened door to property. No door mat to wipe feet and no vacuum cleaner. Broken handle in shower. Most of lights burned out in chandelier. Dead batteries in TV controllers. Limited silverware. Fridge did not make ice and only had one ice tray. Tried to open window and discovered levers that open/close were rusted/broken. Managed to get closed and then whole levolor blind fell off as it is not installed properly/cut too short. A/C vent in sealing had fibreglass insulation trapped inside. Large dog in property below barking constantly. Traveled to Sandbridge beach everyday as Va beach is a zoo!

  We needed one place so our whole family could be together for the last time before our son is deployed for many months. This place fit our 5 adults and 2 kids just fine. It was convenient to everything (especially the beach). The staff was quick to respond to any issues (like more towels, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

  The plaza has an Italian villa exterior look which we like a lot. Parking is excellent. The location off of 27th street is fantastic and is a very short walk to the oceanfront boardwalk. The Rimini unit looked exactly like the online pictures. It has an open floor plan with high-end finishes throughout the unit. The biggest surprise for us were the beds. They use Marriott Hotel quality mattresses and bedding which we LOVE. Even the sleeper sofas were comfortable. We had 7 adults staying in our unit and we never felt crowded. The natural light that this top floor end unit offers was an extra bonus. The entire rental process from start to finish was very easy thanks to the online payment system and their manager, Bruce. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.
