  Basically this apartment is like lipstick on a pig, you still got a pig. AC leaked, wifi was non functional, parking was a nightmare, meth heads as other guests. Trash situation was unbelievable.

  My family and I were very impressed with the condo. It's furnishings and decor we're very nice. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and even the sleeper sofa was comfortable to sleep on. The courtyard was beautiful and very nice to sit out and enjoy. The parking lot is very cramped. It would have been nice to be able to park more than one car. The only other things were that the kitchen sink did not seem to have hot water and the dishwasher was not very effective. Overall our week was extremely nice.

  Not as nice as it looks in the pictures. Was not very clean. Had to wear sandals throughout the unit to keep feet clean. Only had 2 wash cloths in the bathroom for our family of 5. I called about getting more wash cloths to bath with, but they never did get us more. We ended up going to walmart to buy enough wash cloths. The dead bolt on the door didn't work. Messaged property manager about it. He said he would look into it, but never made an effort to fix it. The walls and ceiling are very thin and could hear people walking around in the unit above us. Terribly annoying, especially when you are trying to go to sleep. Saw a large cockroach on our last evening at the property. Overall, it was definitely not worth the $2400 we spent for a week.
