The Verona is an extraordinary top floor condo wit a unique wood accent wall that creates a feeling of comfort and elegance. The beautiful dark wood floors, modern kitchen and high end furniture make it easy to see why this is one of our most requested vacation homes! In the bedrooms you will find one king bed and one full over full bunk bed with the most comfortable mattresses available.

With dining comes great conversation, new friendships and memories. We invite you to visit our back yard area for all of your culinary needs! We have a plentiful garden with fresh vegetables and herbs available for our vacationers. Along with the fresh produce, grills and seating areas are available for guest to sit back, relax, and enjoy good conversation.

We hope you enjoy Plaza 2700's ideal location, close to many fine restaurants, shopping and only a three minute walk from Virginia Beach's famous boardwalk and beach.

  This rental definitely made it difficult for my family to enjoy our time together. We were downgraded space without prior knowledge... and never given a refund on the difference, though it was promised... so we were cramped in with only one bathroom, that had a broken, leaking, shower. They came to fix day 2, but rather than fix the handle, a wrench was put on it for the remainder of our stay. How ridiculous! AND it still had a constant drip!!! Getting in touch with someone who knew anything was virtually impossible. The best I can say is that it was clean. I will pass on the repeat visit.

  We came for a basketball tournament and the accommodations were just right for us. The place was modern and roomy, only 10 minutes from the venue, within walking distance of the beach, with a grocery store only a few blocks away.

  Not good, parking was tight. Entrance door was uncomfortable. Apartment was not clean properly. Many issues kept arising. I don't recommend

  This property was the perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. We were walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping area, and so much more. With that being said, the condo itself could have been a little better. Management should make a few changes/adjustments to make there guests feel more comfortable. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others

  We arrived around 12 PM the first night and found the bathroom sink completely clogged, deadbolt broken and fire alarm dismantled in the master bedroom. I called the next morning and spoke to the person on call about the issues. Since it was a holiday she asked if it could wait a day, I reminded her we didn't have a working bathroom sink! From Wednesday night until Friday around 3 PM we had to use the kitchen sink to wash our hands, brush teeth, shave without a mirror, etc. We were leaving on Saturday, so we spent more time without a working bathroom sink than with it working. I realize things can happen, but I paid a premium price for this holiday stay and the condo was not properly prepared for our visit.

  I booked for a weekend stay for my family. I booked off of one site that the price was better than the actual management site but YPB called and wouldn’t honor the price. They said they hadnt updated the info on that particular site and wouldn’t honor it. Also, once we arrived we needed a second parking pass for the street, as stated on the YPB site that you can get a second parking pass for the street if requested but once we arrived and I requested it they said they only give one pass which is for the parking lot. The toilet wobbled, bathroom had not been swept because there was a Lowes receipt on the floor behind the bathroom door and the water pressure was horrible. My husband is a contractor and had to try and unclog the shower head just so we could shower. It was a nice building but little mishaps made the experience bad.

  In my rental agreement, I was told I would have a pack and play, the week before, and the day before I confirmed over the phone that I would have one. I did not have one on my arrival. I had a tired/ crying 1 year old. They had no idea when they would be able to get me one. I offered to buy a pack and play that they could re-imburse, I was given a curt no. My son had to wait hours to have a safe place to sleep.
  The air vents had not been changed in months. So my husband changed them. (I have a picture of it)
  The dryer lint had not been cleaned in months, the lint was the size of a solid brick when we took it out. (I have a picture of it)
  There was no hair dryer / basic cooking supplies, for $400 a night, I expect more.
  The only good things about the place is the location and that it was relatively clean.
