The Cinque Terre is one of our most spacious end unit villas, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and its own private patio. The downstairs features casual contemporary furnishings, a large modern wood and metal dining table for entertaining, and a beautiful kitchen with wood cabinetry and all the necessities for creating your favorite meal. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one king and one full over full bunk bed with warm dark wood floors and the most comfortable mattresses available.

With dining comes great conversation, new friendships and memories. We invite you to visit our back yard area for all of your culinary needs! We have a plentiful garden with fresh vegetables and herbs available for our vacationers. Along with the fresh produce, grills and seating areas are available for guest to sit back, relax, and enjoy good conversation.

We hope you enjoy Plaza 2700's ideal location, close to many fine restaurants, shopping and only a three minute walk from Virginia Beach's famous boardwalk and beach.

Because we have multiple units, the calendar you see may not accurately reflect our availability, if the unit is not available at the time of booking we will call or email to discuss what comparable condos are available.

  terrible accomodations were not as exoected. furniture was in a terrible state and sheets were dirty. when we informed the housekeeping lady who came to change the sheets we asked her if she had forgotten to clean or change the sheets and she immediatley went on the offensive. at which point bwe started to videotape the incident. when she realized we were video taping she got irrate and stormed out. there was sand under the pillows of the couch. we got moved to another unit and ended up having to clean that one as well.after looking at another that had no a.c. after 3 n 1/2 hours we finally were able to to settle in but we asked for a partial refund of 400 to compensate but were ignored. i disputed the transaction with my bank got a refund but YPB now is taking me to court. never stay there.

  It's been my third stay with YPB. It's in a great location perfect for family, walking distance from the beach. The property is clean, well equip. Nothing missing. We had a small issue this year with Air Conditioner and the owner took care of it right away. It was fix immediately. Great jobs. I'm already planning to go back next year. Thank you YPB

  Location was perfect for getting to places around the beach. The floors were pretty beat up, but it looks like they were in the midst of repairing them. Definitely didn't affect our stay at all. Everything was clean. A/C broke on our first night but the property managers had someone out and fixed it within a couple hours so no complaints there. Overall had a good experience here, would stay again.

  Our overall experience with this rental was good. It's in the perfect location only about 2 blocks from the beach which was a HUGE plus. Walking to the beach or boardwalk was a quick 2 streets over. The only time we had to drive was to the Aquarium. The rest of the time we stayed parked and enjoyed walking everywhere. The rental was nice, but could use some work. Mainly the electrical outlets upstairs didn't work nor did the lights except in the master bedroom and bathroom. We did contact the manager and he offered to have someone come out the next morning, but we were only staying a total of 3 full days and told him not to worry about it with us. The A/C vents were very weak upstairs and took a while to cool the small rental. Other than that, it was a nice cozy rental and we enjoyed our stay! The kids loved it!

  Parking was an issue. Only had street parking the first couple of days and the nearest spot was a 1/2 mile away. Once I got a parking lot pass I caught the tow company towing my vehicle the 4th night and opened the door and got pass off of dash and showed them. They still wanted $40 cash to leave the car. The back door would not lock and vent covers were off of bathroom air vents. Overall it is a nice place to stay and convenient to the beach. We did have a great time except for the parking issues. I would expect the minor repairs to be fixed and have a parking lot pass for the price we paid though.

  This property was very nice. It was clean and comfortable for 7 people. It was located close to the boardwalk and within walking distance to all the fun local activities.painters were friendly and helpful. Negatives, no table outside to sit at, no linens for the pull out couch, and the communication with the owner was mediocre at best. He was not able to answer questions and came off very rude on the phone and in person. The parking is awful, small lot just pay to park in the parking garage.

  The house was nice overall, it was about 2 blocks from the beach, no need to drive anywhere..food,drinks and fun within walking distance. We did have a puddle of water on the floor upon arriving, they said it came from the A/C, it was fixed the next morning. Problems with the Wifi connection and television kept going out or changing channels. Beds are not comfortable, in the large room the floor is slanted so when sleeping your head is lower than your feet. The master bedroom door would not lock, problems with locking the front door, so if you dont have a strong person able to raise the front door to open and close it then you may want to skip this property. Furnishing was kept well and the kitchen was stocked, but bring an iron. Also the linens had hair all over it, so we had to wash them before sleeping.
