Enjoy your stay at our luxury two story townhome that features its own private patio with access to our backyard space. Kitchen has white cabinets and appliances, beautiful tiled back splash and kitchen table that seats 6. Living room has 1/2 bath, large flat screen TV over a wood burning fireplace and queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs has hardwood floors, 1 king bed and 1 queen bed with full bathroom and washer & dryer. This is a pet friendly unit and the access to the backyard from your own private patio makes walking your furry friends a breeze!

Furnished with intent on making your visit as comfortable as possible. Located just one and half blocks from sand and Virginia Beaches famous boardwalk, in a very serene Tuscan Style resort, you can walk to beach in less than three minutes. There are two grocery stores located within a five minute walk also. You will find numerous restaurants as well as entertainment venues within walking distance. The very popular 31 street stage is blocks from your residence, featuring live bands and other entertainment all summer long. If you wish you can hop the trolley and visit museums, water parks, etc. Also don't forget the numerous fishing adventures available. There is golf, fishing, hang gliding, Tides baseball, just so much to keep you and your family entertained. Please call us today and inquire as to availability.   I was very unhappy with my experience. I waited til now to voice my opinion, so I could collect my thoughts. The place was not clean or safe in my opinion. First off when we walked in, there was sand everywhere. The upper bathroom sink and tub were clogged, the sofa bed mattress was stained, there was dirt hanging in the vents, there was gum on the washer, the tub looked terrible, there were large cracks in the hallway ceiling, you could see the outside ground in the fireplace, the upper bathroom door was falling apart, the master bedroom door sticks, the toilet in the lower bathroom constant ran, the back door knobs were so loose they almost pulled off, the 1st floor bathroom door locked my son in and we had to force the door open. Not to mention the parking was so tight, a full size truck couldn't fit properly. Also water came in under the front door when it rained. Housekeeping and maintenance were there almost every day. Very frustrating not worth nearly what I paid for a week.

  all 3 rentals was not clean , had big and roach problems and we no internet so we could watch movies on Netflix or prime. This was not the house we was supposed to be getting. The house we paid for had a swimming pool, the bruse told me we could use the pool at the original property but every time we went to the house there was no parking and the pool was full of people!! There was alot of other issues with the property at reef court !!

  The location was very good, we were able to ride our bikes to pretty much everything. Grocery store right around the corner. Housekeeping was around a lot and very friendly and accommodating. Updated tile and kitchen were nice. Pin pad entry was very convenient. For the downsides... Parking lot was really tight, but would be fine for a car or smaller SUV. We have a pickup so spots were very limited. There was about a 3" gap at the bottom of the front door for a small lizard or something to get in, we couldn't get the TV in the living room on(contacted the property but never got a response), the fan in the bedroom did not work(some kind of remote could not get to work)the upstairs was pretty warm. The stairs were very slick/smooth so be careful with kids. Property in need of some repairs including loose bricks on the sidewalk. Unfortunately in my mind an overpriced rental property @ $460 a night average.

  This vacation rental was not as anticipated and quite a disappointment. I am not one to complain and I understand being a beach rental, but this unit was dirty. There were ants upstairs and down, to be expected as the doors did not seal closed. A single roach walked across the kitchen floor. No AC, no working fan in the master bedroom, coffee pot didn't work, nor did the trash compactor in the sink. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible. Property should have suggested sleeping just 4 persons as the sofa mattress was stained, dirty and even with sheets, I would not allow my teenage daughter to sleep on. Nice things were the location to the beach and the showers water pressure. Unfortunately I would not suggest this unit. I have worked with VRBO before with great success, this was not.

  The whole Kitchen is in a poor shape.
  The bathrooms are dysfunctional to say the list, the only shower in the house is not working.
  The property was dirty when we arrived.
  The only good think about this property is the location and the responsiveness of the property manager. However the property manager can't do much when the property is long overdue for update of the kitchen, furniture and bathrooms. Way overpriced for what is offered

  Ally, the site manager was lovely and so helpful. The condo was nice. The only problem was that the neighboring units were filled with college age kids partying in the backyard until 3 or 4 in the morning every night of our stay. The website should recommend this place accordingly. If a family with small children tried to stay there they’d be very disappointed and would get NO sleep.

  The location was perfect, located across from beach and restaurants all in walking distance. The resort was nicely decorated and remolded. The building is old so has some ventilation issues, upstairs doesn’t cool off as good. Masters bedroom has a fan but does not operate or remote control is missing one. Upon our arrival dirty dishes were on the dishwasher and dirty sheets on masters bed, never cleaned from previous guest, both I had to wash since there is no housekeeping. The television downstairs only gets the ID channel called customer service and was told someone would come, no one ever came. The floors upstairs were really dirty and the bathroom still had sand on floor from previous guest. The mattress in the masters was really uncomfortable and cause myself and boyfriend back pain through our entire stay.

  The unit was just right for the four of us. However, the remote for the master bedroom ceiling fan was missing so we couldn't turn the fan on. The cable box infrared extender for the downstairs TV was missing/broke so we had to point the Remote Control behind the TV to change channels. These should be addressed.

  Actually I feel very disappointed. The property wasn't as clean and new as we saw in the pictures. Actually was dirty and very old. Not well maintained. Lots of hair on the bathroom (not to mention that the shower wasn't working properly and clogged tub). The backyard grass wasn't mowed.Grill very old and missing parts. Kitchen cabinets smelly. Old furniture. Needs renovation in every room and furniture. Pros: The towels were clean, great location, nearby the beach a. Not sure if I would recommend or stay there again.

  Originally spoke to Bruce about booking a room at this location. Explained our needs and booked at unit that met our needs. However, the day of arrival we were called and told the heat was stuck in the 'on' position and it would be fixed by 3 PM. Upon arrival, the heat had not been fixed and we had to call to check on them around 5 PM. Finally the maint person arrived and was unable to fix the heat. We were offered another unit, but chose to deal with the heat by opening windows if it got too hot. The unit that was offered to us did had bunk beds and this was not ideal for 2 couples with toddlers. The next day, the heat in our unit died completely and it was getting cold. It would be unacceptable to sleep without heat with 2 children under the age of 3, so we decided to move to the bunk bed unit that was still available. For the inconvenience we were offered 20% off our next stay. Two of us had just run a race that morning and moving our stuff to the other unit was a huge inconvenience. Especially to a unit that didn't suit out needs. We felt that the property managers should have refunded a portion of our stay because of this. The onsite manager agreed, and stated they would, but was unable to get approval from Bruce. I would not stay at this property again, I do not feel that we were valued as guests or that they respect the time of those staying at the property. I would not recommend anyone else staying here due to these reasons. In addition to the heat issues, the first unit also had ants, the walls/ceilings had holes, and the 1/2 bath door was broken. The property is in disrepair.

  We were impressed with location! Markets,restaurants, boardwalk right around the corner. Outside look is very nice. Parking was a bit tight but it was parking. Backyard is nice but needs new patio furniture only for this unit. Pictures shown is the real deal. People are friendly. The remodel is nice downstairs but Rusty spots in corners and the bathroom upstairs should be remodeled not masked over. New tub/shower is in need. I thought the bathroom/hallway/ the rug and rug floor should be replaced soon. A rail needs to be in the stairwell for safety. Gap under the door should be fix cause some bugs make it in. Bring basic needs like dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, towels. They provide you with towels but not enough. There is a washer and dryer (awesome). Overall we were happy. We wanted to be in a home rather than a hotel for this trip. Saved money and had fun. Big tvs in each room. Everyone has their space. Nice furniture inside. Doggie friendly. AC, ceiling fan, so that was a sold for us. :)

  Nice area, cute and modern. A little wear and tear inside but nothing major. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, bathroom stocked with linens and bedroom as well. But no cleaning products or extra trash bags were stocked, that would've helped us clean up better.
