We also understand that pets are an important part of the family, which is why we welcome them to our property. Feel free to bring your furry friends along for the trip.

Please note that our rental sleeps a maximum of 6 people, ensuring that everyone has enough space and comfort during their stay.

  For the purpose of understanding this review: we are a famimly of 4, husband 50, wife 46, daughter 13, son 11. We hail from a nice area in Loudoun County Vigrinia.
  
  We initially received the wrong unit number and wrong PIN code to the door. The emails were not organized, contained wrong information, and presents an opportunity for improvement.
  
  We stayed in unit 2700, which has two levels. The toilet in both bathrooms were repaired our first day there. The technician was professional, efficient, and did a great job. The toilets worked great afterward.
  
  We found the condo to be reasonably clean and tidy. There is no sand in the tub. The tub is a little older and looks like it hasa sand in it because it is slightly worn where many feet have been over the years.
  
  The couch and chairs in the living room were incredibly uincomfortable. The couch has some stains on it, so we threw a sheet over it and sat on the sheet. The only thing to say a out the living room is the couch and chairs are incredibly uncomforttable. The TV is nice and worked fine.
  
  The dining room has a tall table that is not very functionable. I'm 6'1" and the table stood at my chest. The lamp over the dining table hangs too low and almost touces the table.
  
  We saw a couple roaches during our week there. This leaves a very ubncomfortable feeling with us because we have never had roaches in any house we stayed at.
  I hope they geet this fixed.
  
  The bedroom with the king size bed in it was spacious and the bed wsasa nice and comfortable. The room witht the queen size bed is kind of cramped and the mattress is the water proof type and not comfortable.
  
  It was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms compared to other units that have 1 bathroom.
  
  The stove, fridge, wasaher/dryer, dishwasher, and toaster all worked great. There were adequate kitchen supplies, plates, glasses, pots pans, etc. to get the job done without a problem.

  Given wrong unit #, tried to enter a occupied unit (embarrassing ). Found the correct unit after a few calls. Holes in the wall, no wands to open blinds, dark place. One towel left for 4 people. Walk was longer than described to the beach. No deck to hang out on, as described in the ad. Got a parking ticket for parking on the street, out truck was too big to fit in lot. I have used VRBO in the past and never had an issue. This is just a poor owner that is in it for the money only, not a care for their paying guests.

  This was a decent place. Clean and comfortable for 4 people even though it sleeps 6 with the pullout couch. The kitchen could have been better stocked but we made it work just fine. Very easy 1 minute walk to the beach! Enjoyed our time here very much! Management company was great to work with!!!!

  The place was full of ants! There back door was rotted with ants crawling into the unit. The front door had a gap under it. The bathroom shower had a bad leak that went through the kitchen ceiling into the kitchen and the shower knobs were about to fall off. In the master bedroom the window would not close allowing the air to escape and all the street noise to come in. I left a day early. Would not rent ever again.

  The location of the property is super convienent to get in and out of, as well as getting to/from the beach and a local grocery store. Parking is terrible. The unit has nice, updated furniture and the beds sleep comfortable. Not dirty, but not the cleanest place I've stayed in. Dirty air vents, old/stained carpet and the shower head & handles are really old & loose, with weak water pressure. Lots of space for a group of friends or family. Just needs a little more work to really bump up the appearance - pictures look great, but it's slightly different in person.

  This property is very pretty, however my sheets were disgusting. They need to upgrade bedding, me and my husband slept on Top of the bedding with our own covers. The mattress is nasty has stains all on them. The mattress should be steamed and refurbished or buy a new mattress. I paid over 1800 for 3 nights to be uncomfortable, I also ask for a property that sleeps 8, 1 room was supposed to have bunk beds. There was no broom to clean, I was forced to find parking on the street, I was not given a pass for parking lot, which was very upsetting because every night we had to ride around for parking.
