The Venezia is located on the first floor of our beautiful Tuscan style resort. It has access to outside back yard area from each bedroom which makes it the perfect location for vacationers with pets. The Venezia is furnished with all brand new modern furniture including beautiful leather sleeper sofa. This unit has ultra comfortable bedding, huge flat screen television in living room, and also flat screens for the bedrooms. Our living room TV is the latest in smart television, featuring web browser, Netflix, Pandora, among others. The floors throughout the unit are finished concrete floors, and walls are amazing beautiful Venetian plaster, entire unit is appointed with the very finest features available. The Italian style cabinetry and features are most certain to add to your cooking enjoyment.

Plaza 2700, YPB Resort is located just one block from the beach, designed with Tuscan styling and detailed with Italian theme throughout. Plaza 2700 is Virginia Beach’s newest and most luxurious vacation rental destination.   We ended up not staying in Venizia there was no hot water place was run down chairs were really dirty, they “upgraded” us to a 2 bed townhome that was also disappointing lights did not work, air did not work upstairs fan did not work upstairs had to go buy a fan bathroom had leaks lights was shorting out in bathroom and there was a terrible leak downstairs from central air unit that needed to keep changing the sopping towels so we would not fall on floor, toilets did not flush properly I tried to reach out to them and no response. It was a convenient location but I would not ever stay here again

  Nice location. Furniture and walls were very dirty and stained. Bath is in need of some help. Toilet did not work correctly. Weird red light in bathroom. I did not care for cement flooring. With a little TLC this would be a great place to stay. Nice patio area. Nice kitchen.

  We had one issue after another with this property. None of the deadbolts in the entire apartment worked. There are ZERO towel racks in the entire place (& at a beach house, that's quite problematic), there wasn't even a line outside. The shower drain doesn't drain, leaking water all over the bathroom and then there's nowhere to hang the wet towel after you soak up all the seeping water. The backyard was INSANELY overgrown, probably hadn't been mowed or maintained in weeks. There was no parking spot for our car every night that we left the property. We called the emergency line 6 times and left 3 voicemail messages and never received a call back. It's incredibly noisy and you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. The towels were dingy and had holes in them. Overall cleanliness was unimpressive (dust bunnies in the corners, hair on the shower walls, toilet paper in the toilet when we got there). There's no broom to sweep up sand, dirt, etc., being a beach rental it was quite surprising there wasn't at least a broom or a mat or something to help with removing the sand from the apartment.

  First of all, I had gone onto VRBO and specifically requested Sandbridge, so we were quite disappointed by that. The saloon-type doors in the front of the building were a hassle and dangerous to our daughter who has a broken ankle and just annoying in general -- trying to get a bike out or even yourself out. The concrete floors made the bottom of my socks turn black. The shower is poorly designed so there is no way to avoid water spraying on the floor. And the giant scary waterbugs and waterbug carcasses were frightening and gross (they look like huge cockroaches). The backyard feature was nice and the bedrooms were fine. The location was excellent -- although we were expecting Sandbridge (16 miles away). Oh yes -- it was really expensive -- close to $3K for the week. I called the property management company about the bugs, left a voicemail and my call was never returned.

  My family and I stayed at Venezia for a week. We brought our dog along too and it was a perfect place for him. The place was clean except for under the beds. Just a lot of dust and other dog fur. The back yard was great for my Ralphie just not totally fenced in so I'm glad I brought a long leash to hook up outside. They kept the grass cut and no dog poop laying around. The location was an easy couple min walk to the beach. This place was very close to the board walk and lots of other things. The only big problem I would say is how you can hear every little noise or big noise that the people above us would make. That was horrible. But nothing you can really do about that I guess. It's just the old style of the home.. If any problems came up,(just no parking pass in the room) the staff and owner got back to me quickly and are very nice. Overall, I would definitely come back to this location.

  First of all the only good two things about this place was the laundry and the location because it was walking distance from the beach.
  Everything else was horrible. The floor, once we walked in was filled with dog hair and under all of the furniture was filthy and filled with dust. The floor was also peeling off and had so much sand it ended up having to take my puppy to the vet. Which was a big inconvenience because we lost a whole day at the vet due to how dirty the floor was. Behind the beds there were cockroaches and other people’s under garments. Inside the bed sheets there were spiders. We had emailed them the first day there to get a broom to clean up the floor but got no response and we had to go buy cleaning products. The ceiling was as thin as paper and we could hear the very loud drunk men all night walking around, talking, and throwing stuff around. We weren’t able to sleep two nights because the men were overly loud.
  My family and I don’t recommend this place.

  Really surprised to find that they do not supply toilet paper, extra towels (we had five guests and two towels to take a shower), not even a toaster. When I called the company the lady just said " oh no we don't supply any of that stuff " and then hung up. Location to the beach is excellent, also to the shops and bars. There was some paint flaking off from the ceilings and walls, but other than that the overall conditions were good.

  The property is in a great location, nestled on a cul-de-sac. Close to the beach, a faboulous bakery and 7-11 (for spur of the moment needs).
  
  The cleanliness of the property could have been better as well as amenities (left only 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no refills and a 5 day stay).

We were 3 blocks from beach not 1.5 blocks which is compared to quality of rooms

  I have never had to leave a rental because of the overall conditions of the unit. Not only was the place run down and old, and nothing like the description on the website (no pictures of this particular unit was shown on the website) the people who rented the place before us totally trashed it leaving the unit with hair stains and an overwhelming smell of dog that the management team tried to cover up with spraying everything with cleaning solution. One bedroom closet was broken while one backdoor entance to the patio was broken and unable to secure . We called the management company and explained the situation and was told basically too bad. Unfortunately we left and had to find somewhere else to stay and dispute it with my credit card company.

  Reserved 3 units to accommodate families in town for family reunion. Every unit had major issues. Those pertaining to Venezia were lack of cover on hall light fixture; ice maker and ice and water dispensers didn't work; dirty unit (e,g, plate of food left in microwave; a/c unit filter (dust)and dryer unit (lint) had large build up - major fire hazard). Other issues too numerous to mention.

  Location was awesome we had bad neighbor guests but no condo fault. The pics make it look brand new but it was a few years old. Spacious and comfortable. Parking was great. Remember no maid service and bring toilet paper. We would stay here again. VA Beach in summer has lots of activities all walking distance. No pool was okay as our kids are older a swan at beach. If u have little kids could be an issue.

  I loved my stay in these units. I moved in different ones due to prolonged time they took to fix my house. I was not a regular vacationer I was there due to some repairs to my house. I enjoyed the places some units more than others. The units are very well furnished with very comfortable spacious beds. The units are close to the supermarket ,beach, and restaurants. The maintenance people are very friendly. Mr. Bruce the owner is a nice person and he tried to help me to transition to one unit to another.

  We stayed at the Venezia in Virginia Beach and had a great time. If you are planning to spend the week on the beach, there is no need to drive anywhere. The location was convenient, 3 minute walk to the beach with grocery store in walking distance as well. The place was clean and quiet. We had access to a nice patio in the backyard with a bbq. My only complaint is that the WiFi is very choppy. I would also recommend that they add a toaster to their kitchen. It would have been handy to have. I would definitely rent from them again.

  Arrived Sat Aug16 happy looked nice,the beach just 2 short blocks but 1st appearances deceiving ..clean sheets but duvet cover & sham dirty & stained.living room tv and internet not working but its a vacation so who needs it. If you want quiet this isn't your place ..no installation between floors ..very very noisy, but again vacation condos usually are. daughter arrived on Mon with 4 yr old grandchild. On Weds our unit was flood with toilet had flooded the bedroom, clothes and towels ruined.There was feces and what ever else came from toilet in shower stall, hall, living room, kitchen, master bedroom ..horrible!!!(so much that it actually seeped into the unit next door) 3 calls to management before maintenance arrived with shop vacuum. Was told by them that the upstairs tenants deliberately sabotaged plumbing after feuding with management. Tried to get another place(would not bring a 4 year old child back to this mess) but was told (by phone) they had nothing else. All the while the manager was in a unit maybe 25 yards away, he wouldn't come to see the mess!!! When they vacuumed up feces and toilet water ( which kept flowing when someone else in the building flushed ) they dumped it in a common area in the back yard where there were grills and tables set up, this while we were trying to pack our belongings we had to walk through this mess.. I don't think this unit should be rented until throurghly sterilized..spent last 3 nites of our vacation in small motel room with 2 double beds we were lucky to get!! This is not a very professional or caring business. I think you get the picture..IF not I took a few!!!! I know these things happen but the indifference of management and no assurance of sanitation had us fleeing.Went to managers door to turn in keys. Bruce said we would be compensated for our 3 nites but when asked refused to give anything thing in writing. I fully expect to be compensated for 3 nights also my damage deposit.

  There was construction everywhere. Workers were sawing in the parking lot on one side and cutting carpet on the other. Not a safe situation for children. There were no parking spots because they were all taken by the workers trucks. We had to walk 3 blocks to even get to it. The owner refused to give us a refund until Visa called him and said they were going to dispute the charges.

  CONS: Slow to respond owner/manager, funky chemical smell in unit (staff agreed smell was strong, but wasn't sure what from), rusty nail found in carpet, cracked walls, loose towel racks/shoddy construction, unfinished-like floors were always sticky and uneven, water leaked in both doors when rained, wooden door flaps on main entrance were always in the way when entering. Walls VERY thin, you can hear everything in the other units, especially above you, sounded like hammering when people walked. Had to buy earplugs.
  PROS: great new appliances in kitchen, w/d was great to have, but the buzzer is VERY LOUD on dryer and we weren't sure how to turn that off. Nice to have access to grill and back patio from each room.
