Our living room TV is the latest in smart television, featuring web browser, Netflix and Pandora among others. The bathroom is fully tiled and appointed with the very finest features available. However once you sit in the kitchen of the Torino, you will not be able to stop staring at the hand selected exotic granite. The modern cabinetry and features are most certain to add to your cooking enjoyment. Pets are not allowed in this unit.

  Very responsive to the few issues we had. Hot water had a hiccup and we were allowed to us the shower across the hallway in an adjacent apartment. Great location but I wish I knew of the other apartment, it was a lot nicer!

  We had to wash all the linen on the beds due to the smell and stains. When I called John to complain, he told me he doubted all the sheets were dirty and he did not believe me. The furtive was dirty, the bathroom was in disrepair. I would not stay here again.

  My family and I were very disappointed with the condition in this unit. The light fixtures was broken in the living room. I had to purchase a new pot set to cook because the cookware selection was very limited and over used. As I was washing the pots water started to leak all over the kitchen floor. The housekeeper knocked on the door like it was my fault that this was happening. The bathroom door is see through which made using the bathroom and showering very uncomfortable considering that there's was no privacy at all. I was charged a cleaning fee that should be refunded. I don't know if it was dust,dirt or mold. I wish that I could attach the pictures. I don't recommend this rental until some cleaning and updates are done. The best thing that I can say is the location was good.

  the photos in the online description were good but when i arrived i found space smaller than the photos and furniture is very old and dirty and it was not cleaned well and my wife spend 2 hours to clean it as it should be .
  i didn't have the smart TV option they mentioned online and was struggling with person was responsible for this property and she did nothing and promised to check some alternatives but didn't come back to me at all .
  bathroom is very ugly and it has a broken tiles which was making a problem for the first floor condo for water leak .
  the place is quite good and near by all what we need during vacation but some neighbors were drinking and talking loudly so i was not able to sleep well .
  so my impression that the money i paid for this property is too much compared to this real conditions

  Dear Customer relations,
  
  I am writing you to inform you of my experience while staying at your property located at Torino. I recently stayed at your property from July 10-July 13. I want to start by saying I usually take 5-6 vacation/trips per year, and I usually stay at hotels but due to this being a last minute trip everything was sold out so I choose to give your company a shot. I was impressed with this property along with a few others because the pictures caught my attention so at first I did not mind paying such a high price for this place. After driving about 8 hours we arrived at your property, and from the outside it was decent looking. Upon entering we couldn't help but notice we had been bait and switched. The furniture was worn out to disrepair. The entire apartment was not clean and grossly neglected. The Bar chairs were torn. The bed sheets had stains on them to where we had to call and get new sheets brought to us. The white pillows were Yellow glad we brought our own. The walls need to be touched up. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The lights over the bar don't even work. One of the remotes is missing. There is a water bug infestation in the apartment. There was no water pressure in the bathroom or kitchen. Another unit was rented for a day to someone who threw a party with 30+ people and took up all of the parking spaces and trashed the parking lot with beer bottles amongst other things. I did like the proximity of the property only being 2 blocks from the beach, and the kitchen was nice. But there is no excuse for everything else. I am demanding that we get some of our money back due to the false advertising, and bait and switch. Because we did still stay here I am not asking for a full refund. I am trying to go through your site directly with hope that you will make this right and I won't need to take any other action. I am including pictures that I took while at your place. I expect to hear back from you within 3 business days.

  In short, location was the only reflection of what was charged. I was in a massive fraternity in college, and that’s exactly what this place looked like. Tiles were loose in bathroom, no water pressure in kitchen, furniture and walls in bad condition, bottom bunk mattress was concave, etc. I own a business as well as own and rent properties. A lot of polishing needs to happen in order to command these rental prices. I get that it’s a block from the beach, but even local cops agree on the charging of such places. And atleast one more parking pass or location should come with this place. Parking decks fill up extremely fast.

  Your not going to stay in anything like the pictures. Stained ceilings, broken bed, no washcloths, no blankets for pull out couch, toilet seat was broken I don’t know how 8 people could of slept in the apartment we was put in. The floor was so dirty my sock was black within a hour of me being there. No broom for us to sweep the dirt. There was food stuck to the counter. The big rug in the living room had a big spot of debris on it. So not worth the money. The pictures shows a nice apartment with big bathroom walk in shower, not what you’ll get. Young kids below us kept us up two nights. I’m really disappointed because this was our first trip to Virginia Beach. They market high end pictures but once you see the place it is nothing like it. I’m writing this review because we was expecting an CLEAN nice apartment. Not one with ants crawling on the bed. Probably from the chip left under the bed from previous vacationers.

  Better than the picture.Just blocks away from supermarkets and a 7/11 is even closer. In the back yard are barbeque grills and a garden with vegetables and herbs that you can pick. In a very safe neighborhood.The beach was closer than I thought, One block away. The trolley is right outside the door a half a block away.I will reserve Torino for my trip next year. Very satisfied.

  It photographs very well, but looks and feels quite a bit different in person. We had lights that were out, switches that didn't work, a dishwasher that was filled with horribly bad smelling water, a bathroom that was filthy and I had to get two stitches from slicing my finger on jagged glass under a lamp. The guy who handles room service is somewhat responsive, everyone else is a joke.
  Don't judge a book by it's cover.

  This was our first time renting a vacation condo. The unit was clean and pretty much as pictured. The chairs in the living room were a little worn but still comfortalbe. The dishwasher backed up on the 3rd night of our stay. We contacted managment and were advised someone would be by the next day. They brought up extra towels to replace the ones we used to clean up with. Unit had boogie boards and beach chairs which we used. Unit is close to beach, shopping and many restaurants. We missed not having the use of a pool. Also missed not having a balacany to sit outside on. Overall had a good stay. Shoud we return I would rent a lower level unit next time.

  the employee i dealt with first (kara) is fantastic. she goes above and beyond. the place is in a perfect location. the maintanance people were not available to fix any problems like; we lost the wifi and they couldn't fix it, the plumbing backed up, and the central air STOPPED working for the last 24 hours we were there. the rental had a temperature of 85 degrees. lots of fruit flies upon arrival also. i tried to call to get someone to help us or even fix it for the next tenants but no one was answering and the mailbox was full. i think it was a good rental and they did give me a full safety deposit return BUT there has to be somebody available to take care of maintenance 24 hours a day. it isnt right for people to sleep in 85 degrees when the neighbours across the hall have working airconditioning.

  The condo was just minutes away from the beach. IT was perfect for the 6 of us. It was wonderful to be able to wash clothes and return from vacation with no laundry. I only wish they would of supplied more towels and washcloths as we had to wash everyday due to sand. But I would highly recommend it for other families.

  I stayed here with two friends for memorial day weekend. The owners were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The house was absolutely spotless - we felt like we were in a hotel! And the house is prettier than in the pictures:) The best part was the location. It is about a half a block from the beach - literally a five minute walk. All in all it was a fantastic vacation that was greatly enhanced by the house we stayed in and the location. Would definitely come back and already recommended to several people.   Not at all what we expected. Was called out as a resort; far from it. Terrible quality of workmanship on the remodeling. Floorboards not meeting (paper towel stuffed in between, ceiling patches everywhere, very steep stairs. The property manager was very nice.
