Located just one block from sand and Virginia Beaches famous boardwalk, in a very serene Tuscan Style resort, you can walk to beach in less than three minutes. There are two grocery stores located within a five minute walk also. You will find numerous restaurants as well as entertainment venues within walking distance. The very popular 31 street stage is blocks from your residence, featuring live bands and other entertainment all summer long. If you wish you can hop the trolley and visit museums, water parks, etc. Also don't forget the numerous fishing adventures available. There is golf, fishing, hang gliding, Tides baseball, just so much to keep you and your family entertained.

  The location and overall condition of the place was nice. However, dishwasher was broken. Had issues with toilet & lights throughout our stay. I emailed the owner and spoke with staff on site and absolutely nothing was done. Very poor communication.

  First of all the doors getting up to our rental were stupid. They were swinging doors which were very awkward. Next the hand rails going up the steps were almost coming off the wall, useless. Our dead bolt was broken, called management, said they would send someone, no one came. He’d to barricade the door at night. The couch was disgustingly dirty, we had to cover it with a sheet to sit on it. The rug beneath it was gross too. Light bulbs didn’t work, told management, nothing done. Dishwasher stunk, decided to hand wash because it was filthy on the bottom. All that was on the beds was a white sheet and a white blanket. No comforter, so bring your own. Washing machine very loud, do your laundry during the day. Mirror on closet was cracked, furniture in bedroom cracked and gross. I understand it’s a rental, but come on. We paid quite a bit and it was maybe a 2 out of 10. Wouldn’t rent again.

  The Milano was a beautiful, clean unit perfect for 4 people. I was overall satisfied, but not impressed with the rental company. When we arrived, the window was stuck open, and I called the number in the confirmation email where it said "Call us Anytime", and they never returned my call. I finally called the reservation line, and someone addressed the problem immediately. Also there was a stench coming from the dishwasher when we arrived, but we ran it with a dishwasher pod and the smell went away. Also - this company NEVER responded to emails. I don't think they should advertise an email on their website if they don't plan on ever responding. Another pain was the entry door to the unit - they are "Saloon" style so it made it very difficult to bring in luggage or anything wider than 12 inches. Overall I would recommend it based on the quality of the unit and proximity to the beach.

  I loved the facility and location, but we did have some problems mainly due to the tropical storm. A brief electrical outage could not be helped, but almost all the units lost hot water for the stay. This was rather dramatic for the guests specially with us being there for a race and for how active we tend to be. I hope they figure out how to handle something like that quicker in the future so customers don't suffer. It may have scared my wife back to hotels. The maintenance/support contact was very friendly and helpful. I'm sure he did the best job he could.

  I was initially hesitant to rent sight unseen, however after initially talking with Bruce @ YBC, I felt OK with the whole idea. Our stay at the Milano was great. Brad in charge of housekeeping on site could not have been more helpful and attentive to us. Kitchen was well stocked!

  We stayed for a month, and the management did not supply a vacuum, nor did they change or clean the apartment once during that time. We had to ask to borrow their vacuum! It was a two bedroom unit and we were supplied with one parking pass....I had my car towed and had to pay 145.00....
  We asked several times to supply a pass for the second car and never truck was hit 3 times in the parking lot by other cars....the list goes on and on. The management does not control the late night parties, one of which went on till 3:30 am under our windows...The only thing that was good was the bed and the ear plugs we had

  The unit was easy to find. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need to make a meal or have just a quick breakfast or lunch. I thought the beds and towels were of very nice quality and were clean also. If I had to mention any issues it would be the parking, if you have a large pickup it can be hard to squeeze into the private lot, if not you are good. The other issue would be the light that comes in the bedroom blinds, if you like it extremely dark like me it may bother you. These are minor things really and overall the place in in a great location to get to the beach and all entertainments and foods. Also has a wine bottle opener for anyone who may wonder;)

  We spent three nights in a Firenze condo. It was modern, well-furnished and nicely appointed but poorly maintained. The first morning the pipes under the sink leaked and a plumber had to be called. We were compensated for our time with extra towels. We noticed extremely dirty air vents. There were no trash bags or paper products at all. We had our dog with us and thought we had a first floor unit but ended up on the second floor.
  
  We liked the location-near the beach but not on it and near a grocery store. It was relatively quiet.

  Unit was clean,but no place in shower for soap or towel to hang. We were supposed to have Internet service, could get logged onto limited access but would not allow us to sign in to the internet at all. We contacted the owner but he never returned our calls or inquired if the problem was resolved. After 4 days of trying to get problem resolved we just gave up on getting any satisfaction. Upon leaving we were supposed to get or damage deposit returned within 3 days. It is going on 11 days with no return of said deposit. Have contacted them a number of times with them saying it has been credited back to our account, but it has never showed up and they still do not return calls. This is a very discusting way to do business.

  We stayed in the Milano at Plaza 2700 and it was everything they promised it would be. The kids had space to spread out and each claimed their own area, as did my husband and I. I loved having the washer/dryer in our condo so I didn't have to drag clothes somewhere. For the first time ever I didn't come home with tons of laundry to do. The hardwood floors throughout made an easy cleanup with all the sand. The beds and furniture were quite comfy and the breakfast bar made it easy to serve meals to my family. It was an easy and short walk to the beach and lots of places to eat and shopping.

  The Milano unit was very nice, small wifi problem that was solved quickley. Karen, our unit manager was around the complex each day and available in case there were any problems, which other than the wifi being out , there weren't. Nice short walk to beach/ocean front, great stay!!

  The Milano was very nice and it was in a good location. It looked the way it appeared on line. I thought the service was okay, while there I made the contact aware the light leading into the apartment was out and was told it would be changed, it never was which made it difficult to see when you arrived at night. The caretakers working around the complex were very friendly and nice. There is little need for service so it would not limit me from returning.

  I rented the MILANO condo for a long weekend for a group of us to run the VA Beach Shamrock Marathon. The location was PERFECT!
  Our condo was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to book for the long weekend even though they usually only rent these for an entire week since it was not booked for the time we wanted to be there. We paid a little less than others staying in local hotels paid, however, we had the full kitchen which was great. The beds were quite comfortable and we had all the blankets, towels and linens we needed. We were a little taken back that the bathroom door was frosted glass (and seems to be inside out), but if you are with family or people you are comfortable with, its not a big deal. We also were a bit upset that you have to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels - that was unexpected! We did discover you can't run the water at the same time that someone is showering or the shower is cold.
  We did not see the manager of the property once he got us into our condo for the remainder of the stay. We had no issues so it was fine, however, my father stayed in the condo below ours (VENEZIA) and had all kinds of issues.
  NOTE: These condos are all individually owned, so they are not all as well kept up as the one we stayed in. The VENEZIA had a funny smell to it, several cracks in the walls, dirty shower with no door/curtain to it and dog hair in the beds. He was compensated for all his trouble, but I felt bad that our condo stay was nice while his was not.
  I would stay here again, but most likely only in the MILANO since I know the owners are good at keeping it clean/nice.
