The Firenze is furnished with modern furniture including beautiful leather sleeper sofa.   These places should be condemned I feel as though we should be reimbursed some of our money back. The first piece of trash that we were put in was roach infested and dirty. Then you put us in another filthy piece of ****. The mattress on the pull out couch was stained so bed that we had to go buy a plastic cover for it. The place smells like mildew because the AC leaks water all day and all night. The floor looks like someone threw wax on the floor and left because that's peeling all over. The furniture is very outdated and needs to be replaced. Then you require people to stay a week in filth. We were scared for the baby to touch anything in there. I am seeking help from my lawyer about taking this to court for a refund stay tuned.This is absolutely HORRIBLE!!

  The condo was dirty and smelled bad. I had to clean before even using the bathroom. We spent 2,200 and only stayed one night . I have stayed with y’all four years in a row. But never been this bad. The cleaning lady was very rude when asking fir towels. You have lost a faithful customer.

  The apartment smelled like dog pee; I figured I'd find it and clean it up, no big deal it's a pet-friendly rental. While unpacking I discovered a large cockroach in the master bedroom. I located the dog pee scent, it was the living room rug; it was also full of sand. When I carried the rug outside the handle to the door came off in my hand (apparently broken since 2017). I spoke to one of the cleaning ladies a few days later and she apologized and said it would be sent out for cleaning. I spent a few hours cleaning the rest of the apartment to include finding a kid's whistle and a dog bone under the master bed while sweeping up someone else's dog's fur. The next morning, my husband was hassled by someone because we parked our truck in the lot despite having prior approval. He was told our truck would be towed even with the parking pass. That night we were forced to park on the street because there were no spaces available in the lot. There was mold in the bathroom (shower and toilet). The dining room chairs are in bad shape with multiple tears, there are stains on the living room chairs and pullout bed and the ceiling/wall repairs were never completed. The ice dispenser does not work and the refrigerator filter is expired. The overhead light in the living room does not work & the remote for the fan in the master bedroom also does not work. The air conditioning freezes and stops working and there was a puddle in the bottom of the furnace closet; we had to turn the air conditioner off and wait for the line to defrost before we could put the air conditioner back on. When the air conditioning had to be turned off, we discovered the damage to the blinds, that there were no cranks for the windows, and that there were damaged and missing screens. The glass in the bathroom door is still broken since June of 2018. The swinging doors make it sound like someone is trying to enter the apartment every time they swing.

  Unit smelled strongly of urine, dining and living room chairs severely damaged, bathroom door broken, towels and sheets were brown instead of white, ice-machine broken, coffee table broken, it rained and there was leaking water coming into the unit from all three entryways. Parking was a nightmare. Staff on site were very nice and professional, but it is abundantly clear the property is not well maintained it needs lots TLC and multiple repairs.

  I normally don't write review but I feel the need to write this one to warn others. The Firenze is in need for an upgrade!!! When we checked in, beside calling to have someone come to fix the air conditioning, we found some minor cracks/breaks (bedroom's door knob was broken, glass bathroom door was cracked...), and a wet rug with full of sand underneath in the kids' bedroom but we simply just cleaned it up and try to have a good time.....until we woke up on our 4th day there with both bedroom's floors flooded all over with rain water. Everything's on the floor was wet including clothing, electronic devices, emergency and asthma medications (for my son) which all were in either backpack or luggage . When we called house keeping in for cleaning, she said " this usually happens when it rained ".... and NO ONE INFORM US??? so we could stop the rain water from flowing under both bedroom doors to go inside overnight by putting lots of towels on the bottom of both doors (that's what they did to prevent further water going inside). On that day, we just spent all morning cleaning, and drying all our belonging. We paid good money to stay and found such little care taken by management. Our experience is both disappointing and aggravating. It's not worth the money and we felt that management should compensate for our damages but didn't hear from management again after that day.

  Nice place and location, great for pets. a sticky wipe down of kitchen and sand brushed under the carpet, cabinet down was broken and freezer had red goo in it. had to wipe down and sweep again. AC was temperamental couldn’t go below 70 without frosting up, and had a clogged shower drain , but a nice women came and unclogged the drain immediately . had a great time .

  Good location. Very convenient to beach, restaurants, grocery store & Starbucks. The property needed a good cleaning, which we gave it upon arrival. Other complaint is dumpsters need to be emptied more often. Trash was overflowing. OK experience.

  Unit looked updated and attractive til we took a good look. Glass insert in bathroom door was broken and just covered with paper - especially concerning since there would be 3 small children staying in unit. One bedroom had glass door that was cracked. Overall dirty unit, also a concern since a $100 cleaning fee was included in cost. Looks like unit not cleaned in quite a while

  Overall pleasant stay. Property was nice, beds were comfortable, and location was very convenient near beach, boardwalk and supermarket. We liked having patio and bbq out back. A few minor things would have made stay even better: there was dirt in sofabed when we opened it up; dryer didn't dry well even after we emptied full condensation tank (which should have been done before we arrived) and lint catcher, broken glass on bathroom door; hanging door knob on master bedroom door; etc. On first night, we had drunk neighbor banging on door for fifteen minutes at 3am; nothing mgmt. could have done about that.

  Everything about this rental was great and it accommodated our group perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the back deck that's a part of this specific rental. We were able to buy stuff from the grocery that was two blocks away to have a cookout one of the nights using the back deck and grill. I will definitely rent this place out again!

  This condo was awesome, our family felt we were home, everything you needed in the kitchen from nice pots & pans, upscale dishes, appliances. Lynzy was awesome from the time I booked the condo to the very end! Our little Pug Niley was welcome and treat so well by the staff, they fell in love with her.   We stayed in Firenze from 2/2 to 2/9. The location is perfect, block from the beach, bars and restraints are all very close..Try lager heads in the Hilton Garden Inn (great food and beer) facility's were very nice. Full size washer and dryer are perfect for not packing a ton. Overall good stay, would definitely stay here again!

  Overall our experience was disappointing. We arrived on the first day with a large stain on the comforter in the master bedroom. It appeared to be...well..we didn't know for sure. Floors were filthy, and there was a musty smell throughout the condo. That being said, Karen was very responsive. She provided new bedding, and had the cleaning crew reclean all the flooring. The floors were better, but still not clean. I feel like there are major management issues in this property from a maintenance and cleaning standpoint.

  We stayed in this condo in June of 2014. The furniture was new and well kept. Much of the condo complex was being remodeled and construction supplies and workers were a common sight. The keys didn't work in the locks and we were actually locked out for a period of hours. No one answered the phone when we called. Parking is tight. The condo is close to everything, even the grocery store. We had issues with a leaking toilet and openings between the kitchen cabinets and the walls. We never received our deposit back and we left the condo in far better condition that when we walked in.

  This apartment was very clean. It was a block away from the boardwalk. I liked that it had a washer and dryer I washed my clothes before I left so wjen I got home I didnt have to. It has a deck with grill. Only complaint I have is you can hear the people upstairs running around all night. Their was construction going on they started banging hammers early in the a.m.iit is a beautiful place over all.

  The unit is as described in the photos. It is in a good location 2 blocks from the beach and 2 block from the grocery store all in walking distance.
  
  I wish the unit would include some cleaning supplies for example a multipurpose cleaner to clean the counters, table or a grease/sauce that was accidentally splashed on the floor. (maybe I'm just a neat freak)

  The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. Fantastic location! The only very minor negative comment is the shower curtain rod was rusted and was a little difficult to slide the curtain. Although the condo will accommodate 6 adults it felt a little cramped between the dining room table and entry to kitchen area. Certainly was workable though. Great little back yard for small dogs. Will definitely stay again!

  We had originally booked a vacation home in Sandbridge which turned out to be a disaster. Went on-line and found 2700 Plaza (Cris and Bruce) who absolutely saved our week at the beach. Both were very professional and very sympathetic. We had a wonderful condo for our family (and our dog!!)Very Clean, very modern and close (within a couple blocks to the beach, Harris-Teeter, Dairy Queen and Starbucks.   We chose this property for rental specifically because it was "dog friendly". We are a family of four, with two small dogs. Our expectations were exceeded, as the location is great for walking to the beach. There are also many restaurants and attractions near-by, and seemed to be central to everything. We also had everything in the property to make staying-in pleasant. Chris and Bruce were very kind and helpful in making sure our stay was going well. I was impressed at how quickly our security deposit was refunded after the stay. I would not hesitate booking this property again for a future vacation.
