Pauline unit B is our Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home located in Virginia Beach, 3-minute walk from the beach. You will notice the tropical décor in the living room with pullout queen sleeper sofa, tiled flooring & wood ceilings. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and two sinks. The outfitted gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertop and tiled backsplash and dining area. Other bonuses include free wireless internet, TVs in each room, outdoor patio.

Located on 34th Street in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable.

  The cottage is in a great location however we had a rain storm and the rain poor's in every door and window as well as running down the wall in the bedroom right at the light switch on the wall. Yikes! We had our bags on the floor next to the sofa and everything was soaking wet with street water, mud,& debri. We actually left a day early with no washer and dryer in the rental we had to get home to clean everything. The property manager was very nice and apologized for the mess said we could move for 1 night to higher ground upstairs but my daughters things we a total wash out.

  Poor customer service, no bathroom door in unit, rooms are extremely small, no markings on unit to identify unit (had to go to various units entering door code to locate correct unit), never stayed one night in unit after arriving and being frustrated with the lack of communication and overall appearance of unit. Would not recommend!!!

  Good location two blocks from the beach. The property had everything needed for cooking and a nice living room area. While there was no washer/dryer, but there was a nice laundromat in walking distance. We received good instructions for arrival to access the property but had some confusion because there were no house numbers and the picture of the property we had was not the side of that faced the street.
