The Eaton will change your mind on how you see beach vacationing! This fully furnished three bedroom two bath home offers two king beds, one full over full bunk bed and two queen sleeper sofas allowing it to sleep 12 Max. At 1800 sq. ft there is plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy the tropical inspired décor. Gather in the completely outfitted kitchen for family dinners and relax in the oversized bath tub or walk-in shower. Other home-away-from-home bonuses include free wireless internet, TVs in each room, covered front porch, washer and dryer, fireplace with bookcase, original hardwood floors and additional sunroom.

Located on 34th Street in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. We provide linens and towels for your visit.

  This location was ideal for a young family! We were a few blocks from the board walk and the pool was perfect for our 1 year old who could stand in the shallow end!
  The home was nice. I was a little frustrated by the "no furniture moving" policy with an expensive fine. We brought our 3 month old and our 20 month old. Both are in cribs and trying to squeeze cribs into the rooms with buly furniture without moving anything was difficult.
  Additionally, as a previous review mentioned, there was a strong smell of mildew especially when it rained.
  
  Other than that, the environment was clean and ideal for a family!

  This house was in a great location and provided just what we needed in terms of space, beach access and a pool with some yard space to chill and a grill. The beds and the pull out couches were very comfortable for sleeping and the street was quiet with plenty of parking. Sadly, the place is badly in need of maintenance with AC vents full of dust to clog the system (it fully broke for a day while we were there - Which I acknowledge they did work to fix but it took until 10pm from 7am to get sorted). One bathroom door was broken and there were ants in the kitchen. The fridge lining was coming off and there is mold leaking through the repainted ceiling and the kitchen floor is squishy suggesting foundation problem. Overall, if invest in key maintenance would be a great place.

  The location is ideal. Walking to the beach, local eateries and stores was perfect. There was some maintenance going on during our stay but everyone was professional and courteous and so nice. Definitely would book again. Clean functional house for vacation.

  We didn’t even stay because a review was posted a month before our stay and it said there was bed bugs, construction and mold. We asked about the clothes things and were told no. We did a FaceTime to see the property and one whole wall was under construction. We requested a refund and then YPB ghosted is. They refuse to call back and give us our money back. They had plenty of time to rent the property again or fix the issues and they didn’t. We will never recommend a YPB property or this house.

  When I arrived on my family trip of 8, I was shocked to find the house in shambles. It was basically under construction: there were exposed wires, construction materials in the backyard, parts of the house missing siding, front of the house missing shutters, front door wouldn't close and lock, black mold in the kitchen, cabinets missing knobs, and a terrible smell in the house. We did not stay at this house more than two hours, just long enough to find some place else to stay for our trip. The property management refused to give a refund because they claim to have offered "reasonable accommodations" by offering us a two bedroom condo for my family trip of 8 people. Not sure where they went to school but that math doesn't work. They are rude, evasive, unresponsive, and only want your money. Do yourself a favor and Google YPB Properties and the owner Bruce Mimran and you will find that they are greedy slumlords.

  Upon first arriving, it was a cute house, close to the beach, easy access (although the address was missing from the outside so I had to go by photos.). There were some amenities missing that are usually provided with rental homes- dish towels, bath mats, sponges/dish soap, laundry soap if you want the renter to start a load of laundry. The kitchen has only very basic provisions. The beds were comfortable but on the third day my cousin woke up with several itchy bites and found a bed bug under the pillow in the bunk bed room. She had a few bites from the day before that we attributed to mosquitos until she caught the culprit red handed. The homeowner offered to move us to another home but didn’t offer any compensation for the problem. On our last night the hot water heater stopped working but they were quick to send maintenance the following morning.

  I rented this location two weeks before COVID hit. I asked to cancel and was told over 5 times I would receive some sort of validation. Never received it. Now I have no idea what is going on but I never even received the information to access the location. I assumed since the website still had the location marked as "rented" they never truly canceled my reservation. Therefore, I paid $1,800 for two locations I never got to stay in and never received access information or any call backs, assistance, anything. Hopefully, one day they will make it right and this was just one big misunderstanding.
