  House was a nice location and worked well for our group. Issues were that none of the bathroom doors locked, we received only towels and no wash cloths, and there were no hot pads to use for the oven or stove. With all that being said was a good vacation rental

  The property is in a perfect location. The beach, shops and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk. There are no designated parking spots for this property. We're a family of 18 coming in from 3 different states with 5 vehicles. Beach goers drive up and down the street all day looking for free parking. This made loading and unloading challenging. The house was well equipped but really set up for 14 instead of 18 people.The most impressive thing about this property is manager John. He was extremely accommodating and accessible even over the weekend.

  I enjoyed my stay the only suggestion I have is the doorknobs in the rooms don’t lock. Maybe upgrade the doorknobs so they can lock.

  The outside and inside had coach roaches. I called and someone came over and sprays the outside. The air condition stopped the first night there. I was told that the control was upstairs. My newphew and I tryed to turn it down but it went up to 80. I called text and left messages that same day. No one got back to us. We were there with no air condition for rest of the time 3 days w/o air. The outside was dirty and needs to be upgraded. Porch had broken pieces on it. There was little space for the kids to play. We had outside games for them to play but not enough space. I have rented before when I went on vacation but never from this place again. The outside of the property was not clean and maintained. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had no problem in contacting me when they were getting my money. I still have not heard from them with an apology. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU CLEANLINESS and AIR CONDITION.

  The property is in a nice location and in most ways quite nice. The pictures are accurate but hid a few flaws / small items that left us scratching our heads though: Several interior bedroom and bath doors are the original doors and do not shut easily or completely. This wasn't a huge deal for our group, but could be for others. Also, there were no knobs or handles on the kitchen drawers, and since the doors are full overlay, about half can only be opened by first opening the drawers above and below. These would be easy and cheap fixes.
  
  Also, the housekeeper missed a few items, like the coffee maker had old grounds in it - just little things, but a little attention to detail goes a long way.
  
  We'd consider staying again, but it would depend on the group.

  Very accommodating and comfortable. Clean and brand new! Great location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The family loved the idea that everyone could go their own way without concern over driving and parking! There were just a few items that had not been completed due to the property renovation prior to our arrival, but it did not hinder our stay at all. We had a great time and would certainly rent this property again.
