This sophisticate 2 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished condo is top notch! The modern white, sleek kitchen comes with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Ice Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Cookware. Central Air, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, High Speed Internet, Cox TV, and more. In the bedrooms you will find one king bed, and one full over full bunk bed. The bathroom has dual vanity and walk in tiled shower.

There are two grocery stores located within a five minute walk also. You will find numerous restaurants as well as entertainment venues within walking distance. The very popular 31st Street stage is blocks from your residence, featuring live bands and other entertainment all summer long. If you wish you can hop the beach trolley and visit museums, water parks, etc. Also don’t forget the numerous fishing adventures available. There is golf, fishing, hang gliding, Tides baseball, just so much to keep you and your family entertained.

  We get there we have to wait three hours to even start a vacation the stove top was busted, everything was dirty, there was food left in the microwave that no one cleaned out, there was dust in dirt all over the place. The kids couldn’t use their PS4 because they don’t tell you you can’t connect them to WiFi.. they don’t tell you anything about any of the rules when you get there you have a whole piece of paper where you can be charge for anything extra. I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience with this place I would never go back again.😡🤬

  Our overall stay was fairly good, but for the price I expected a little more. Pros: the guy the property management company had on hand (hate that I cannot remember his name) was very responsive and courteous. The location was great. We were just minutes walk away from food and entertainment.
  Cons: The rental could use more upkeep and wasn’t as clean as I am accustomed to when vacationing. The toilet in our pace wouldn’t flush unless you opened the lid to the tank and lightly tapped the fill valve. The parking we very tight, but there’s not much that can be done about that.

  great location. condo and amenaties left something to be desired. updates weren't complete the dishwasher didn't work. no front door to the building. manager was wonderful and veru acommadating but there was only so much she could do. if this place was brought up to its full potential it will be fantastic!!!

  Rental experience, was not what I expected. The place was filthy all around. I had to re-wash towels mop the floors. The rugs were dirty, I have pictures to prove it. The property manager not helpful at all, when it comes down to customer service. example Parking spaces, the manger told us that there were no parking spaces even though there were several empty at all times. Police rated the place due to an incident that happened with in the building. At one point the police told us to stay in our rooms, because the potential danger that day. My family was very dissatisfied. the location has great potential however the management is none existent. I paid over $3,000 for a nice vacation with my family and all I received was an apartment substandard. I don't recommend this place at all. This was not luxury at all!!!

  The rooms were great. We would've liked there to at least be toilet tissue and a better parking situation. There was a younger man and woman there when we arrived for check-in; they were very professional and helpful. There was an older man who was very impolite and acted as if he had an issue with us in general, which was confusing and very frustrating. His customer service and overall communication with us was quite unpleasant to say the least. Outside of that, we enjoyed the property and would stay again.

  Overall stay was ok, beds were comfortable, kitchen appliance and washer dryer worked well. The unit was clean. The exterior stairs were not, there were bugs and ants (could of used a sweeping). The major disappointment was the WIFI only worked for the first 3 days out of our 7 day stay. No one was able to restore the service. Beach is located within a two block radius and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk.

  Neighbors pounded on the ceiling (they were below us) when we were only talking in normal voices. Could hear the people beside us snoring through the wall. Ice maker in fridge wasn't working properly. No cups, just coffee mugs. King size bed was terrible. Your head falls back so you aren't laying flat. Ended up sleeping sideways on the bed after three nights because our necks and backs hurt so bad. The beach was closed half the time we were there due to "high bacteria levels". We ended up leaving two days early because of this. No door on the shower so bathroom floor ends up being soaked after every shower. Internet connection was terrible. So slow we could barely get any web pages to load. On the bright side, very close to the beach which was nice. The character and decoration of the place as great and everything seemed to be clean and in good shape. Parking was irritating if you had two vehicles, for only one can be parked in the house driveway. Having a washer and dryer was great.

  Our family stayed here the beginning of August 2014. The unit was just recently updated and everything was very clean and stocked with some amenities for cooking. KAREN is the property manager and she was very nice to work with, she answered all of our questions and made sure we had evening we needed. All of the staff were extremely polite and very professional. We would definitely stay here again, it's centrally located and so close to the beach!
